The purpose of this paper is to transform black - white raster image into vector storage after preprocessing and vectorizing steps . an improved vectorization algorithm is presented after theoretically analyzing and comparing different vectorization methods 采用模式识别技术，将二值点阵图像信息通过预处理、矢量化处理等环节转换为矢量信息存储是本文研究的主要目的。
